  • All classes to be held via Maestro Conference; call-in details to be provided to participants.

I’m Jac McNeil. I created In Your Element to meet the needs of women like the solopreneurs I work with everyday in my 1:1 coaching practice, in my live group retreats, and through my online conversations.

1.  What’s the balance of group work and 1:1 in this program?

This is a small group program, limited to 8-12 participants, so that you’ll have the opportunity to learn from other women’s journeys and get support from other women solopreneurs. (I am a big believer in not going this entrepreneurship journey alone!)

In addition, one of the highlights of In Your Element is that you will have several opportunities to receive individualized coaching and feedback from me.  There’s an opportunity to ask questions at the end of every Group Call plus 2  Group Clarity Coaching calls where you can volunteer to be coached on your biggest dilemmas or stuck areas. There’s also a private Facebook forum where I (Jac) will interact with participants.

2.  I’m not tech savvy, will I be able to figure out how to participate on the live calls and download the work sheets?

If you can dial your phone and right click your mouse you should be “good-to-go”.  If tech issues arise, you will have access to my assistant– Melissa Black – for help getting all set up and connected to the course.

 3.  I’ve just recently launched my business, will this program be a good fit for where I’m at?

This program is designed for women solopreneurs who desire a strong foundation for their business and they’re not yet getting the traction they know they could be.  In Your Element will laser in on what you’ve already been doing and refine, refocus and deepen your current relationship with your Right People (ideal clients) and your business.

In Your Element is a great fit if you are:

4.  My business has quite a bit of traction already, and I don’t want to repeat stuff I already know.  Is this for me?

That depends on you. If your business already has traction but you’re  not yet totally clear on who your ideal client is and how to reach them effectively through your website, copy and services, this program will help you do that.  In Your Element will also help you to have the confidence to “up” your visibility in-person and online.

The impact of this course will come when you show up fully and do the work! It is a highly interactive experience that invites you to apply the group learning in an individualized way through worksheets, participating in the group forum and receiving 1:1 coaching.

My best advice is to trust your intuition on whether this program is the right-fit for you.

5.  What if I can’t make every live call, will I miss out?

Got a few Thursdays already booked with other commitments? That’s okay!

You do not have to be on the calls live.  Every call will be recorded and uploaded to the Members-Only page of In Your Element. You can listen to the calls at your convenience.

That being said, In Your Element involves weekly worksheets and an interactive fieldwork assignment where you’ll be talking to the people you want to serve in your business.

To get the deepest benefit out of this program you’ll want to keep pace with the group experience and work through each assignment.

6.  It sounds like there is a lot of content and interactive exercises provided through this program. How many hours a week will I need to commit to this program?

This *is* a highly interactive program with built-in accountability checks to help you apply the concepts, deepen your learning and stay connected with the group. I like to dive in deep and really help women transform and grow their businesses – and we dive deep in this program.

Each week you will have  a group call to listen to, followed by worksheets that will have you apply the learning for you and your business, so you get real change.

On average, you can expect to spend 2-3 hours per week on this program, including the group call with working through the worksheets.  There will be 3 “work” weeks where you will be talking to your ideal customers, and developing new content this may add a little more time if you do it live.

This program invites you to be committed to your learning and the process.
